“Bubble Pop” by Richard Heeks.
Description:
The photograph was taken by Richard Heeks; it is a real high quality photo and it represents how easy something can go away in the blink of an eye.
The photograph is divided in two simple sections, being one the bubble and the other one the unfocused background. We believe that the unfocused one have nearly the same importance as the other one and what we see is really simple as a bubble.
Their color are simple, just a green one a the background and then a bubble pooping at front.
Analyze:
When we analyze this piece of art we can see that the artist knew how to take advantage with colors and use them to give a contrast, profundity and the feeling of space.
The artist use shapes like circles and lines to create the sensation that the bubble is exploding, the lines in this picture are used to show how the bubble is going away and being destroyed and because of that they are an important part of the photograph.
The texture in this picture is represented in the hand and how it´s like moving. the light reflected here is the sun so it is considered a natural light.
Interpretation:
We believe that what the artist wanted to say or describe is how he sees or perceives the time around him.
We also think that the message that he´s sending is a message to be worried about because our time here is running out and we can not do anything to stop it.
We believe that the author took a simple moment and made it greater by creating a message, an icon.
Judgement:
This is a beautiful piece of art, because of it´s colors. You can see how well designed and how they create a sense of fragility in the photograph.
The photo also shows an advance technique and that´s why we can perceive different emotions when you see it.
We really enjoy seen this particular piece of artwork because it give us a sense of relief and also make us think on what we are doing to help and make the best we can about life.
